Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, PayID or credit card (1.9% surcharge). Health fund rebates may be available if you are covered for Massage Therapy with ARHG or CBHS.

Should I book a 1 hour or 90 minute treatment?

If you are wanting help with only a couple of issues, or a maintenance treatment, then it is recommended you book for 1 hour. If you are wanting help with numerous or complicated issues, or a large area of scar tissue, it is recommended you book for 90 minutes.

Do you offer concession rates?

My ability to offer thorough treatments and be present with you depends on my ability to take care of my basic needs, and I have set my rates with this in mind. However, I am currently able to offer 1 low cost booking per month and I welcome inquires about this.

What should I wear?

Treatments are generally done fully clothed so it is recommend you wear loose, comfortable clothing. Tight jeans and short skirts or dresses may be uncomfortable for you and hinder the treatment, but draping can be used if you need to undress. Shoes and belts will be need to be removed before the treatment begins.

What happens in a booking?

A booking generally starts with a discussion on what you have been experiencing, how you are currently feeling in your body and what you would like help with for that session, followed by a relaxed postural assessment. I may do some adjustments for you while standing and then work on the massage table can begin. Afterwards we will check in with what feels different and make any further adjustments if needed.
